Base is made of heavy16 gauge and top of 20 gauge galvanized steel stud construction. All wall panels and roof trusses are pre-assembled. Pre-drilled anchor holes to secure structure to a foundation.

Tuscany prefab kit includes:
- 16 heavy gauge galvanized steel stud construction of base
- 20 heavy gauge galvanized steel stud construction of top
- Form for the concrete pour of the oven hearth and ledge (6” square number 10 concrete reinforcing steel included as well)
- Redwood door, rough sawn, with heavy gauge, zinc-plated adjustable hinges.
- Super Isol board for insulation of the hearth
- Double-walled 6” Duratech Chimney system, all in stainless steel: anchor plate, 24” chimney pipe, chimney cap and spark arrestor

Wood burning oven is not included in kit.
