Los Angeles Ovenworks is a small company located in Southern California importing fine wood-burning ovens, crafted by hand on the beautiful island of Sardinia, Italy. The manufacturing process balances tradition with modern technology and the result is a modular oven kit that is becoming increasingly popular.
Unlike mason built brick ovens, Los Angeles Ovenworks offers ovens that come in modules, making them affordable, as well as easy to transport, install and maintain. Ovens that were only found in restaurants are now available to residences as well, and are quickly taking up center stage in outdoor entertainment areas.
We want to take the mystery out of building a pizza oven by providing extensive how-to information, as well as attentive and personal service to customers and trade. We believe that quality of life is enhanced by the quality of food we eat and by enjoying meals with family and friends. An outdoor oven can bring a relaxing atmosphere to an otherwise busy life.

“Los Angeles Ovenworks was developed out of our passion for cooking in wood-fired ovens. I was born in Italy and after moving to Los Angeles I really missed the oven I had on my farm in Tuscany. My husband Peter and I traveled to Italy to research the best pizza oven manufacturers and we are very happy with the quality of the ovens we’ve found and now offer to the US market. In common with our customers we share the joy of cooking with wood fire, exploring new ways of bringing out the best in traditional dishes.”
